'ABC' Cookies

Are you looking for a sweet treat this Valentine's Day? Look no further than our 'ABC' cookies. The reason they're named this is two-fold. One, they're made with Almond Butter (AB Cookies). Secondly, they require three ingredients that you probably already have so making them is as easy as A, B, C! These cookies are a huge hit every time we make them. They're not dry or floury like typical peanut butter cookies. They're rich and dense, but still gooey because they're flourless. Easily sub in a different nut butter and top with M&M's, chocolate chips, or nom 'em plain.

What You'll Need:

• 1 cup Almond Butter

• 1 cup Sugar or Coconut Sugar

• 1 egg

What I did:

1. Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl.

2. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

3. Use a spoon to grab a small ball of dough, roll it up in your hands.

4. Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart from each other. They will spread a bit.

5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
