Teach.Eat.Repeat Wellness Services

There is nothing neutral about the food choices that we make—there is no food Switzerland (in the words of Melissa Hartwig). Everything that you eat will either make you more healthy or less healthy. Seems like an easy choice right? Well we both know that's wrong. (FYI I'm typically the first one to make an ice cream sundae anytime there is free ice cream in the office even though I'm now eating dairy give me enormous cystic pimples along my jaw line that feel like the planets erupting). Food is tied to our emotions, our memories, and some foods are just out there to trick us. I will teach you what I have learned about nutrition and what makes me feel healthy over the past few years so that you can begin to make choices for yourself, because our health is personal.

All the things that nourish us that aren’t food. The bridge from nutrition to personal growth and development. Only a small part of what feeds us is on our plate. We need to merge our emotional, sexual, spiritual, mental and physical selves in to one. You can eat as much kale as you want, but if those other pieces of the puzzle aren’t in place for you, you won’t feel whole.

The name TeachEatRepeat is about education. I think it's important that you not only know what you are getting but why you are getting it. Food can be very confusing. Is gluten good or should you eat whole grains? Does dairy make everyone bloated or is it full of calcium? And should I be counting calories and eating raw? Am I right? The answer is that one person’s food, is another person’s poison. All it takes is a little willingness for personal discovery to figure it out. That’s where I come in.

At TeachEatRepeat, my goal is to spend a short amount of time with you and educate you so that one day, you can make the best choices for you! I have explored many different nutritional styles on myself, so you don’t have to. I will help you put the pieces together that work for you. I will help you identify your personal goals, navigate a plan and support you on your path the healthiest you.

There is no one food that is universally good or bad—my personalized and hands-on approach will help you balance yourself, body and mind. here’s no one size fits all plan, no black-and-white/good-or-bad, or counting calories. My program is about eating whole and nutrient-dense foods, practicing mindfulness, and using exercise, spirituality, and relationships to indulging in life.

Together, let’s set goals to help you achieve the healthy life you want. We’ll make manageable changes, change your taste buds, and achieve your wellness goals. Email talktoteacheatrepeat@gmail.com to set up your consultation.

"Anna has been instrumental in helping me with my relationship with food! With Anna’s guidance and knowledge I feel I’m able to make choices that are right for me…. I have never felt stressed or overwhelmed with Anna, just the opposite. She brings out the best in everyone, she’s just awesome." Julie, 49 years old

"Anna's meals allow me to stay healthy while saving me the effort to buy/prepare fresh and healthy paleo meals.  The food is absolutely delicious and I get at least a handful of comments a week about how tasty my food looks.  I'm also lactose intolerant and Anna has been a godsend preparing my meals specific to my dietary needs.  I recommend her meals to all of my friends, and can't say enough great things about them!"
