Week Two: Meal Plan

Hey everyone!

How did Week 1 go? Starting to get your energy back? I've been seriously struggling with fatigue, but this icy NYC weather is keeping me on my toes.

Here is your guide for Week 2. This includes everything you need to rock out days 7 to 14 of your Whole30. Like Anna suggested last week, it's definitely worth it to take a look at the plan and let us know if you have any questions. Print it out, jot down your own notes, and modify it as you'd like to customize your own shopping list.
