Coffee Rubbed Sirloin

It's Friday night which means it's Date Night! We're thinking roasted veggies, prosciutto wrapped green beans and coffee rubbed sirloin: hearty enough to satisfy our men without stretching out our jeans. Try it out and let us know what you think! What You'll Need: -2 grass fed sirloin steaks -2 tablespoons @omgheebutter

-1 cup coffee grounds

-1 TBSP garlic powder -1 TBSP onion powder -salt&pepper

What We Did: 1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Take your sirloin out of the fridge and bring to room temp. 2. Season both sides with salt and pepper. 3. Cover both sides with garlic and onion powder. 4. Place the coffee grounds in a bowl. Put the steak in and "bread" all sides with the coffee grounds. 5. Put 1 TBSP ghee in an oven safe skillet on high heat. When the ghee is on the brink of bubbling, use tongs to sear each side of the steak, 1 min each side. 6. Add remaining ghee and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes depending on your preferred temperature. 7. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes. 8. EAT IT ALL UP!
