Eggy Breakfast Burritos

Two Words: Breakfast Burritos. We make our wraps out of eggs and fill them with leftovers for an easy and transportable breakfast on the go. We chomp these down while our students eat breakfast, no forks required! This one is filled with leftover Bison, salsa, and guac from last night's Taco Tuesday. Cook one up, stuff it with your favorite fillings, roll it in some tinfoil and you’re out the door! So quick and so easy!

What You Need: - One egg - 6 tbsp liquid egg whites - Sprinkle of salt and pepper What We Did: 1.Combine all of your ingredients together and pour into a nonstick pan coated with some melted ghee or oil on LOW heat. 2. Slowly turn the pan so the mixture spreads evenly and thinly across the bottom. This takes patience, friends. Stay strong. 3. When the edges begin to crisp up and the bottom solidifies, carefully flip it and cook the remaining side for 1 minute longer. 4. Flip onto a piece of tin foil, stuff with your fillings, and wrap that baby up! The flipping takes some practice but we know you'll nail it. Remember to keep calm and 30 on!
