Week 1: Meal Plan


Hello everyone!

We're excited to get started on our January Whole30, but also slightly dreading that last sip of champagne on the 31st. Anybody with us?

We are thrilled to be sharing our Week 1: Meal Plan with you. We've tried our best to walk you through shopping for and cooking each meal. We like to shop on Saturday afternoon, and then cook the majority of this on Sunday afternoon so weeknight exhaustion doesn't get the better of us.

Take a look at the plan and let us know if you have any questions. It's probably most helpful to print it out and take notes to generate your own shopping list. We're open to your feedback, concerns and questions about food, fatigue and all other wonders of the mind and body as we take on this 30 day challenge together. If you don't care for a food item on our plan, and need a substitution idea, email us--we'd love to hear from you and help make this easier.
